Job Description
- Provide top-tier technical support and quality information to car manufacturers, distributors, and Service Dealers (SD) to drive continuous product quality improvement. - Support the establishment and management of SD network expansion in responsible territories, ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers. - Conduct engaging onsite and virtual technical training and audits to SD, guaranteeing that repair capabilities meet and exceed company standards. - Maintain and ensure the operational readiness of all repair equipment and diagnostic tools, enabling efficient service delivery. - Offer ad-hoc support to automotive sales and related departments, contributing to the overall success of our automotive business.
