Job Summary Manage daily outlet operations, including front and back of house, to ensure smooth service delivery. Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff while optimizing inventory control and manpower scheduling to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage daily outlet operations for both front and back of house to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency Control and manage stock inventory to maintain optimal supply levels and reduce waste Recruit and train new hires to build a competent and motivated team Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable suggestions Provide guidance and advice to junior staff to support their development and performance Plan and schedule manpower to meet business demands, including weekends and public holidays Attend to customer needs and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations Ability to work during weekends and public holidays Preferred competencies and qualifications Leadership skills demonstrated through managing teams and guiding junior staff Effective communication skills to interact with staff and customers Other Information EA License.
