Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Lead to drive Regulatory Reporting Automation initiatives within a leading banking environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to transform manual reporting processes into scalable, automated solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and BCBS239 principles. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Reporting Automation & Process Optimization Lead the automation and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes, including Credit Risk and related reporting functions. Design and develop automated workflows using Alteryx and related technologies to eliminate manual reporting activities. Replace Excel-based reports, macros, Access databases, and End User Computing (EUC) tools with robust enterprise solutions. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate closely with Credit Risk, Finance, Risk Management, and Compliance teams to understand reporting requirements and business challenges. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs. Project Delivery & Governance Define project milestones, timelines, governance frameworks, and roles & responsibilities. Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives. Align project execution with established PM methodologies while adapting to the bank's operational framework. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services environments. Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx, including workflow design, data transformation, reporting automation, and process optimization.
