At AWS, our Engineers look after the behind-the-scenes software and tools that make the world's largest - Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust - Relevant experience in software development, systems engineering, SRE or DevOps roles - Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. - Practical understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, HTTP) - Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (host networking, storage, linux operating systems)
