This AI-powered cloud contact center delivers a rapid pace of - 4+ years of contact center, or 1+ years of work in the customer service/contact center industry experience - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
