Position Overview We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team to help deliver successful software implementations. This role requires a mix of project management and technical skills to ensure client success. Responsibilities Lead Netwrix implementation projects ensuring customers derive maximum value Collaboratively work through Agile Framework-aligned activities to meet customer needs Develop and maintain project workflows and reporting to ensure transparency Help support the PMO and project management team with invoice requests including reconciliation, project audits, and time validation standard project workspace setup based on project complexity Help support the PMO and practice to establish, maintain, and continuously improve standard processes, templates, and KPI metrics with efforts governed according to appropriate change control and revision tracking procedures.
