• Company located at Bedok • Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm, Saturday: 9am – 1pm • Well Established Food Manufacturing Company • Variable Bonus + Excellent Welfare & Benefits Job Scope Supervise daily factory operations and production activities. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met. Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations. Conduct training and provide guidance to factory workers. Coordinate inventory of raw materials and packaging materials. Report production issues and recommend improvements to management. Maintain production records and documentation.
