Job Description
KeyResponsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple construction and engineering projects. Lead and supervise Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Coordinators, and operational personnel. Manage and optimize deployment of manpower, equipment, vehicles, and resources across project sites. Monitor project progress, productivity, quality standards, and project schedules to ensure timely completion. Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong business relationships. Facilitate effective communication and information exchange between clients and internal project teams. Analyse operational and risk management data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Assess and implement workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and operational performance. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. Monitor and manage operational risks, safety performance, and corrective actions. Resolve project-related issues, operational challenges, and client concerns in a timely manner. Review manpower utilization, operational costs, and project performance to achieve business objectives. Oversee staff training, development, performance management, and succession planning. Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management. Support business development initiatives and contribute to company growth strategies. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction or engineering industry. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience overseeing multiple projects and large-scale operations. Proven experience managing a workforce of more than 50 employees. Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and construction industry regulations. Excel
