We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Asset Business Development Executive to drive business growth, partnerships, and client acquisition within the digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales and business development. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the digital assets and blockchain industry. Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, exchanges, fintech companies, investors, and strategic partners. Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, partnership development, and market expansion initiatives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations. Collaborate with product, compliance, operations, and leadership teams to support business objectives. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities. Maintain a strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technologies, digital asset custody, tokenization, and regulatory developments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline. 3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management. Prior experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, financial services, or capital markets is highly preferred. Strong understanding of crypto exchanges, wallets, tokenization, DeFi, Web3, and digital asset infrastructure. Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build strategic partnerships. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Existing industry network within the digital asset ecosystem is an advantage. P
