The Impact You Will Have As a Program Manager for Software Delivery, you will lead complex, cross-functional software delivery programs that translateWDTech’sstrategic priorities into delivered business outcomes. You will partner closely with senior leadership, engineering, product, and design teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure successful execution across multiple initiatives. Your work will bring structure, visibility, and predictability to software delivery efforts through effective planning, governance, communication, and coordination. Success in this role will be measured not only by delivery outcomes, but also by your ability to improve delivery practices, strengthen operational clarity, and help teams execute effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities Lead and manage software delivery programs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and businessobjectives. Define program goals,successmetrics, and delivery roadmaps in collaboration with technology stakeholders. Coordinate cross-project dependencies, risks, timelines, and priorities to support cohesive end-to-end delivery. Establish a
