This role is for you if you… Have proven experience working with software engineering teams and other internal stakeholders to write superior user guides and how-tos that not only inform but also engage. Prioritize the user and their implementation journey, crafting content that contextualizes technical details in a way that connects to the bigger picture. Excel at explaining complex technical information in clear and relatable ways, helping non-developers and business users quickly understand and succeed. Demonstrate working knowledge of technical concepts and the ability to simplify them for diverse audiences. Are detail-oriented and deadline-driven, consistently delivering high-quality work and proactively seeking out the answers you need. Communicate and collaborate professionally and efficiently with a geographically distributed team. Responsibilities Keep pace with product development teams, using style guidance to produce industry-leading user guides, how-tos, and programming content that flows logically and tells a cohesive story. Collaborate closely with product engineering, product management, integration teams, and other internal stakeholders to create user-centric technical documentation for business audiences. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher (ideally in English, technical communications, computer science, or a similar field) 3+ years of experience as a technical writer for business or developer audiences at an Agile software company Proven experience writing deta
