Job Description
Prepare and analyze cost comparison Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles. Proficiency in cost estimation and quantity takeoff techniques. Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes. Analytical skills to evaluate and manage project costs effectively. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost calculations and reporting.
