Job Title: In-Process QC Checker (East / AWS + VB) Job Location: East Job Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 6pm The Opportunity: Our client is an established supplements and manufacturing organization that provides an extensive range of products and services to both local and global companies within the health & wellness sector Suitable for candidates with production, inspection or QC-checking experience Opportunity to learn quality control procedures in a GMP /HACCP factory setting Good fit for candidates who are careful, responsible and comfortable with routine checks Job Responsibilities: Perform in-process quality checks during production Check product appearance, weight, quantity, sealing, labelling and packaging condition Conduct routine inspection based on production schedule and QC requirements Record inspection results accurately in QC checklists or production records Identify and report defects, abnormalities or non-conforming products to supervisor Ensure products are checked according to SOPs and quality standards Assist in basic sampling of products or materials when required Monitor cleanliness and hygiene practices at the production area Support basic finished product checks before packing or release Work closely with production operators and supervisors on quality-related matters Maintain cleanliness of QC checking area and tools Follow GMP, HACCP, hygiene and workplace safety requirements Job Requirements: ITE Nitec / Diploma in any discipline No specific food science or pharmaceutical qualification required Prior experience in QC checking, production inspection, manufacturing or factory work will be an advantage Candidates without QC experience but with good attitude and willingness to learn may be considered Please submit your updated resume in Word format by clicking the “ Apply Now” button or alternatively you can email your resume to Darren.wong(at)cosmosrecruit.com We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
