Job Title: Senior Customer Service Executive (Air & Sea Freight) Job Hours: 5.5 Days, 9am to 6pm Job Location: Bukit Merah The Opportunity: Exposure to airfreight, sea freight, documentation, permits and billing Suitable for experienced freight forwarding candidates who can work independently Direct reporting line to senior management in a lean team environment Job Responsibilities: Coordinate import and export shipments for airfreight and sea freight Liaise with customers, shippers, consignees, airlines, shipping lines, warehouse teams and trucking vendors Perform vetting and checking of Air Waybills, Bills of Lading and related shipping documents Prepare and process shipment documentation including HBL, MBL, HAWB and MAWB Verify cargo details such as weight, shipping documents, commercial invoices and packing lists before processing Prepare permit declarations for import and export shipments where required Arrange shipment bookings and coordinate pickup / trucking services Monitor vessel cut-off, cargo lodge times and urgent shipment requirements Ensure air export cargo is lodged in a timely manner Coordinate with airlines and terminals for MAWB closing, cargo distribution and acceptance matters Send pre-alerts to customers and manage sorting, distribution and filing of shipment documents Support DG cargo and temperature-control cargo documentation checks where required Handle shipment billing and ensure accurate job-related charges are recorded Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational processes Follow customer-specific SOPs and internal operating procedures Job Requirements: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, import / export operations or logistics customer service Experience in airfreight or sea freight operations is required Candidates with both air and sea freight experience will be strongly preferred Familiar with shipping documents such as AWB, BL, HAWB, MAWB, HBL and MBL Knowledge of import / export documenta
