Role Overview We are looking for a driven Associate Business Manager to support our business development efforts by identifying and engaging clients who are looking to establish or expand their businesses in Singapore. This is a commission-based associate role , ideal for individuals who are entrepreneurial, sales-driven, and motivated by high earnings potential. You will focus on sourcing and developing client opportunities, while the company provides full support in service delivery, quotations, and execution. We provide end-to-end support including company registration, regulatory compliance, licensing, operational setup, and business support services to help clients become fully operational in Singapore. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential company clients who are interested in setting up a company in Singapore and expanding their business operations internationally Conduct outreach through networking, referrals, and business development activities Present Zenith’s services, including full suite of Company incorporation such as Licensing and regulatory application support, Website and digital presence setup, Social media platform setup, Marketing support Work closely with Zenith’s internal team for approval of client quotations, preparation of proposals and contracts Manage client relationships from initial engagement through onboarding Ensure smooth handover of confirmed clients to the operations team Earnings & Engagement Structure This is a commission-based role with attractive earnings potential High performers can achieve significant income based on closed deals All pricing, quotations, and contracts are managed and approved by Zenith Flexible work arrangement (remote / hybrid) Minimum 3-month commitm
