This is a pivotal role within our semiconductor division, where you will bridge the gap between technical engineering excellence and product strategy. You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, influencing next-generation equipment features, and delivering technical solutions that meet the complex needs of our global customers. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Business Unit, Head of Engineering, and Sales teams to develop and execute comprehensive product and technical strategies. Product Development & Influence: Deeply understand customer requirements to influence next-generation product features and drive technical innovation. Technical Solutions & Support: Provide expert applications support for customer implementations, ensuring successful equipment introduction and troubleshooting. Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and technical teams to maintain a high-performance culture and operational excellence. Complex Problem Solving: Manage high-level engineering challenges through data analysis, experimentation, and seamless cross-functional coordination. Sales Collaboration: Assist Sales teams in evaluating product applications and preparing technical specifications for new business opportunities. Process Excellence: Maintain and review engineering process documentation to ensure alignment across all functions. Lifecycle Management: Oversee equipment optimization and lifecycle management within a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
