5 days work week $4k-$6k (Basic) BMS - MRT Project Looking to be part of a landmark MRT infrastructure project? Our client, a reputable M&E engineering company with a strong track record and low employee turnover, is expanding its team to support a newly awarded MRT project. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with Building Management System (BMS), Building Automation System (BAS), or M&E project experience to gain valuable exposure in Singapore's infrastructure sector. What You'll Be Doing Support the planning, coordination and execution of BMS electrical and controls works. Review project drawings, control schematics, specifications and technical documents. Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders throughout project execution. Assist in BMS system coordination involving DDC panels, field devices, sensors, actuators and control interfaces. Coordinate integration between BMS and various building systems, including ACMV, Fire Protection Systems (FPS), Integrated Supervisory Control System (ISCS), electrical and ELV systems. Supervise site installation activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications. Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, material delivery and installation quality. Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, inspection requests and project documentation. Support testing and commissioning activities, including point-to-point testing, functional testing, system integration and troubleshooting. Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues. Maintain proper testing records, as-built drawings and operation manuals. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality requirements. Provide technical support to supervisors, technicians and subcontractors.
