5 days' work week Location: North Singapore Basic + Commission / Fixed Basic Industry: Semiconductor This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading semiconductor fabs, OEMs and internal technical teams to deliver innovative equipment solutions. What You'll Be Doing Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable semiconductor equipment and technical solutions. Manage key customer accounts and build long-term partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct customer visits, understand application requirements and provide consultative sales support. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations and product proposals. Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations and follow-up activities to secure business opportunities. Work closely with engineering, operations and design teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and successful market launches. Monitor sales forecasts, bookings and account performance to achieve business targets. Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis and identifying emerging opportunities. Coordinate customer feedback and escalations with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Maintain sales records, reports and documentation through SAP and internal systems where required. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines. Preferably a minimum of 2 years' engineering sales experience within semiconductor equipment industry or related technical sectors. Experience engaging customers in semiconductor manufacturing environments will be advantageous. Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
