Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with exposure to Alibaba Cloud (Alicloud) environments to lead and coordinate cross-functional technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, stakeholder communication, resource planning, and ensuring successful execution of cloud-related initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Facilitate communication between stakeholders in China/Hongkong and global teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and expectations. Track project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets, and provide regular status updates to management. Support the implementation, migration, or enhancement of solutions hosted on Alibaba Cloud (Alicloud) platforms. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on delivery timelines. Ensure adherence to organizational project governance standards and best practices. Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in technology or cloud-based projects. Working knowldge of Alibaba Cloud (Alicloud) services and cloud concepts. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
