Well established company Basic $ 3000 - $ 3300 + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career Progression Working location: Changi Working Days: Monday – Friday Working Hours: 9am – 6pm Job Responsibilities: Export coordination of air freight shipments. Preparing Documents and submitting to Singapore Customs. Respond to phone, e-mail, or faxed and requests from clients, agents or outside sales representatives. Handle bookings for consignee routed cargo as requested by our agents, shippers. Coordinate pickups and provide timely quotes for inland. Obtaining estimated costs for unusual cargo such as oversize, dangerous goods and perishables. Follow up on cargo arrival at destination for pending inland arrangements. Assist in any service requests from customers or agents as required by the line managers in the Air Freight Department. Manages difficult customer situations. Responds promptly to customer needs. Solicits customer feedback to improve service. Responds to requests for service and assistance professionally. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listens and gets clarification. Responds well to questions. Writes clearly and informatively. Contributes to building a positive team. Follows policies and procedures. Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time. Supports organization's goals and values.
