Partner with Marketing and the People team to shape candidate-facing messaging and define what makes Albert a compelling place to work, so the experience a candidate has is never accidental and rarely forgettable. Infrastructure: A hiring function that runs consistently and absorbs volume without constant manual intervention. Configure ATS workflows, build sourcing frameworks, andestablishthe data and reporting thatkeepthe system honest.
