Seeking a Senior Manager of Networking to lead the strategy, operations, and financial management of Parexel ’s global network environment. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of enterprise networking, including SD-WAN, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and connectivity services, ensuring performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth while operating as a business leader - managing vendors, optimizing spend, and driving standardization across a complex global footprint. Key Accountabilities: Own global strategy and operations across networking (Cisco/Meraki), SD-WAN (AT&T), firewalls (Palo Alto), telecom, and AV services Ensure performance, stability, and security of all connectivity services (LAN, WAN, internet, voice, conferencing) Manage vendor relationships (AT&T, telecom providers, hardware/AV partners) including contracts, performance, and escalations Own and optimize financials across network, telecom, and AV (budgeting, forecasting, cost reduction) Drive standardization across global sites Partner with Security on network segmentation, voice security, and compliance requirements Oversee capacity, redundancy, and resilience across all critical services Act as escalation point for major incidents across ne
