Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building and Construction Position Title: Project Manager (Facade & Building Envelope) Working Location: Redhill Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8:30AM – 6PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Oversee project planning and manage all project operations, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress and maintain schedules. Lead the project team in managing operations, schedules, and specifications. Control operational costs and ensure projects remain within budget. Manage site documentation and filing in compliance with ISO standards. Supervise subcontractors’ activities to ensure contractual compliance. Monitor compliance with workplace safety and health regulations. Ensure project quality standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met. Lead and guide the project team and subcontractors to achieve timely completion. Provide leadership to the project management and construction teams. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project and cash flow reports. Support tendering activities when required.Carry out any other duties as directed by the Managing Director. APPLY NOW!!! Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, with extensive knowledge of steel, glass, facades, and building envelope projects. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and lead project teams. Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and cost control. Strong understanding of workplace safety and health regulations. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills. Ability to support tendering processes.
