Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Agribusiness & Global Commodity-Trading Position Title: Project Engineer (Agriculture) Working Location: Central Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon to Alternate Sat: 9am-6pm Salary Package: Up to SGD 8500 + AWS Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Coordinate engineering deliverables across multiple agricultural projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality expectations Serve as a key liaison among field engineers, agronomists, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to enable efficient project execution Support the planning, scheduling, and oversight of maintenance, installation, and operational activities related to agricultural equipment and infrastructure Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholder review Ensure project sites comply with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Assist with procurement activities and manage inventory of engineering tools, machinery, and spare parts Provide on-site technical assistance and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise. Arrange travel plans and coordinate logistical support for engineering teams visiting project locations Analyze project performance data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to support safe and effective engineering operations Contribute to budgeting efforts, monitor project costs, and support resource allocation processes Maintain detailed records of project milestones, equipment servicing, and technical documentation Deliver training and offer technical guidance to field personnel and junior engineers Collaborate with R&D teams to adopt and implement innovative agricultural technologies.
