This leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and deepening relationships with enterprise clients and channel partners throughout the region. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within financial and professional services, and possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies, risk management, and compliance solutions. This role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, and a strong grasp of regional market dynamics. Key Responsibilities Market Development & Strategy Lead go-to-market strategy for cloud and professional services across South America. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with global objectives. Client & Partner Engagement Cultivate and manage relationships with key financial institutions, enterprise clients, and strategic partners. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions to client pain points. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Solution Selling Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized cloud, risk, and AML solutions. Articulate the business value of offerings in a compelling and consultative manner. Deliver impactful presentations and demos to C-level stakeholders. Sales Execution & Pipeline Management Own and exceed regional sales targets and bookings quota. Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting and account development. Provide accurate forecasting and regular reporting on sales performance.
