In this temporary, six-month assignment (with potential for extension) , you’ll play a key role in helping patients understand their accounts, refund status, and next steps, all while delivering a positive, supportive customer experience. This is an inbound call center role with no outbound calling, no sales, and no payment collection responsibilities, allowing you to focus entirely on assisting patients and providing clear, accurate information. You’ll work within structured workflows and scripts, gaining valuable experience in healthcare customer service and exposure to revenue cycle operations.
