We’re seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Retail Specialist with extensive experience in Amazon Vendor and Seller Central to join us and become an integral part of our global team. What You’ll Do: As a data-driven business, the Retail Support Specialist will be key to supporting our growing client accounts in Seller Central and Vendor Central. Your contribution is critical for our clients and will consist of the following tasks and activities: Partner with account managers and marketplace specialists to address and resolve retail-related issues in Seller Central and Vendor Central. Be responsible for the successful launch of ASINs in various marketplaces, including troubleshooting issues on variations, pricing, attributes, etc. Be the first line of defence against account-related issues and be able to communicate and collaborate with the greater team to resolve such challenges. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years of Experience supporting clients in Seller Central and Vendor Central in Amazon. Any experience with Walmart or Target is a plus. Experience in doing daily account checks and resolving issues that affect account health. Comfortable setting up new Asins and doing variations work, and troubleshooting various issues encountered with this process. Able to pull various reporting data, like replenishment reports, and support the whole shipment process of the client. Set up various types of discounts and promotions in both Seller Central and Vendor Central Have handled case management and have a proven process in working with support to resolve various issues.
