Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Information Technology Consulting Position Title: Product Manager (ERP & Digital Transformation) Working Location: City Hall Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus Duration: 1 year contract Key Responsibilities Create and update detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with contracted vendors. Lead feature planning and prioritisation based on user feedback, business impact, technical complexity, and regulatory requirements. Break high-level objectives into actionable tasks and contribute strategically to the project vision. Work with stakeholders and contractors to create product roadmaps and success metrics. Monitor progress regularly and report updates to senior leadership. Maintain centralised project documentation and follow best practices for knowledge management. Assess and prioritise problems based on user impact, business value, technical feasibility, and resource needs. Lead daily scrum meetings and agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Work with end users to define criteria for sprint deliverables and milestone achievements. Monitor technical debt and recommend adjustments to improve performance and reliability. Conduct gap analysis between vendor solutions and product requirements. Identify challenges with integration, customisation, and technical debt. Proactively suggest improvements and turn complex data into actionable recommendations aligned with project goals.
