This role serves as a trusted advisor and coach, supporting leadership effectiveness, enterprise capability building, and strategic talent priorities.The role blends expert facilitation, executive andsenior‑leadercoaching, and leadership program delivery, with a strong emphasis on applied development, behavioral change, and alignment to business strategy. Leadership Development Facilitation Facilitate enterprise leadership development programs for executives, senior leaders, and high potential talent both virtually and in-person Deliver interactive, experiential learning aligned to the organization’s leadership framework, values, and business priorities Lead senior‑level workshops, leadership forums, and offsite sessions Partner with internal colleagues to ensure consistent, high‑quality program delivery Executive & Senior Leader Coaching Provide individual and group coaching to executive and senior leaders focused on leadership effectiveness, influence, change leadership, and team performance Establish clear coaching contracts, goals, and measures of impact aligned to business outcomes Support leaders through transitions, role expansion, and enterprise change initiatives Maintain confidentiality and credibility as a trusted, objective coaching partner Leadership Program Design & Delivery Design and propose evolving strategy for enterprise leadership development programs and curricula Customize facilitation approaches to meet the needs of varied leadersh
