Location: Stadium Period: 1 year Salary: $2760 per month Working hour: 9am-630am Mon-Fri Assist customers on booking of facilities Ensure customers adhere to the booking terms and conditions and being prompt in their payment Manage the mailbox and ensure timely follow up on any booking requests received Attend to users’ feedback, queries, request for quotations and complaints To follow-thru any booking requests received (end-to-end process) Analyse/prepare booking reports when necessary Assist to perform user administration and system tests for the mobile application By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
