Job Description
Manage and oversee BMS projects in construction and M&E sectors from planning to execution. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems on construction sites. Ensure compliance with M&E standards, construction safety regulations, and project specifications. Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct system handovers. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS-focused projects within construction/M&E industry. Familiar with BMS systems (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, etc.). Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
