Job Description
The Data Center Operations Manager leads a team of front line server engineers providing critical server and network maintenance in AWS data centers. You and your team provide 24/7 front line support, - Ability to build, sustain partnership across multiple teams - Proficient in Japanese and conversational level English - 2+ years of team management experience - Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel - Experience or basic understanding of how to work adhering to policies, processes, and procedures. - Both verbal and reading/writing proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2) and in English (equivalent to TOEIC 550 or at a level to handle daily tasks in English)
