As a Customer Solutions Manager you will take end-to-end ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives, utilizing your Program - 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience - 5+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs experience - Experience in customer-facing roles - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
