Job Description
As a Motion Designer, you'll create visually compelling motion assets for the Japanese market that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll work alongside strategists, creative directors, - 3+ years of design experience - Experience in visual design and advertising across a range of media and platforms - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Strong understanding of motion concepts and techniques. - Proficiency in Figma, Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator). - Ability to work efficiently and quickly without sacrificing quality and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
