Amazon Business Japan - 10+ years of program or project management experience - 7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Business-level Japanese and English, with the ability to operate fluidly with local field teams and worldwide partner teams. - Willingness to travel domestically on a regular basis.
