RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Executive, Projects and Resourcing, is responsible for working with the Care & Integration Division Management Team on the development and implementation of key operational processes, ensuring effective resource management, and supporting 4Ps ( Processes, Projects, People and Partnerships) within the division. This role involves supporting structures that focus on manpower planning, developing organisational structures, leading change management initiatives (staff and leadership development), and building partnerships with agencies/organisations in the healthcare/social service sectors. Additionally, the Senior Executive will support the Care & Integration Division Management Team in co-ordinating programmes where required. A) Key Responsibilities & Duties 1) Processes i) Operations Cross-functional Collaboration: Support collaboration with the departments within the division to ensure the smooth execution of projects, processes and partnership initiatives. Events/Activities: Liaise with the departments within the divison to maintain the division's events/activities Calendar and arrange with the departments to promote their events/activities via VIVA ENGAGE Events/Visits: Support the planning, co-ordination and execution of events and visits to centres ii) Projects Collaborative Implementation: Assist in partnering with departments within the division and Shared Services, including Facilities and Procurement, to facilitate the implementation and support of new
