We're looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to partner closely with our Sales organization and help customers evaluate, adopt, and maximize the value of Bluehost's solutions. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and business acumen to support revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. What you'll do & how you'll make your mark. Partner with Sales to Drive Revenue Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to understand customer business challenges and technical requirements. Participate in discovery calls, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations. Help qualify opportunities by assessing technical fit and identifying potential implementation considerations. Deliver Technical Expertise Serve as the subject matter expert for Bluehost products, integrations, infrastructure, and platform capabilities. Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Respond to customer questions regarding architecture, security, integrations, performance, and scalability. Lead Product Demonstrations Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases and business objectives. Develop proof-of-concept environments and technical presentations when needed. Showcase how Bluehost solutions solve customer challenges and drive business outcomes. Design Customer Solutions Evaluate customer requirements and recommend optimal product configurations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to develop solutions for unique customer needs. Document technical requirements and solution recommendations.
