This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote position strengthens operational rhythm and client responsiveness across retained and contingent assignments, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps Requirements Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques Ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising quality Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management Benefits Salary range: 300,000 - 440,000 Remote work arrangement (South Africa) Opportunities for professional growth Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers.
