This isn't a "just answer emails" kind of role. You'll be stepping into a dynamic position that blends executive support, marketing strategy, content creation, and client care. What You'll Be Doing Executive & Admin Support Managing Nadege's inbox and responding to emails using a custom AI-powered Client Concierge built on Claude Handling calendar management — scheduling sessions, evaluating podcast guesting invitations, managing reschedules, and blocking time for travel and events Researching incoming podcast invites to assess fit and confirm recording availability Responding to client texts and inquiries using the Client Concierge tool to keep communication flowing without overwhelming Nadege Auditing welcome email sequences and automations to ensure all offers and messaging are current Proposing and building a more robust project management system (currently run through shared Google Docs) Systems & Backend Organization Organizing and maintaining the back-end of key platforms: Flodesk, Google Drive, Meta B
