Exciting Career Opportunity Conducive Working Environment Location: East Responsibilities: Ensure consistent execution of quality inspection, testing, and verification activities to meet customer, regulatory, and operational requirements. Monitor product and process quality performance through data analysis, defect trend monitoring, and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement. Lead root cause investigations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of quality issues. Support quality containment activities, customer escalations, and resolution of non-conformances in a timely manner. Maintain accurate quality records, audit documentation, inspection reports, and product traceability requirements. Conduct quality-related training, including SOPs, work instructions, line setup verification, and operator qualification programs. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, operational procedures, and documentation requirements. Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve process capability. Participate in internal and customer audits, supporting compliance initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Drive quality awareness and defect prevention initiatives to enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and service excellence. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Engineering, Testing, Inspection, or Manufacturing Operations within electronics, semiconductor, EMS, hi-tech, or related industries. Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection methodologies, defect prevention, and problem-solving tools such as CAPA, 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
