About Us: We are a growing Furniture & Bedding Company looking for a results-driven marketer to grow our brand and drive sales through digital platforms. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Manage and grow social media on TikTok, Instagram & Facebook Plan and execute paid ads campaigns (Meta & TikTok) Create short-form video content that drives engagement and sales Leverage AI tools to improve content creation and ad performance Stay updated with latest AI trends in marketing and e-commerce Track and optimise campaigns based on ROI, conversions, and sales results Work with influencers / KOLs to expand reach Drive both online and showroom traffic & sales ✅ Requirements Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Candidates with strong relevant experience and proven results may be considered without formal qualifications Working Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce Proven track record in managing TikTok, Instagram, and paid ads campaigns Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Experience in retail, furniture, or home/lifestyle products is an advantage Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of TikTok , Facebook & Instagram trends and algorithms Familiar with AI tools for marketing, content creation, and optimisation Creative thinker with ability to produce engaging content Data-driven and sales-focused mindset (not just posting content) Ability to analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns 💰 Salary & Benefits $4,500 – $7,000 (based on experience) 🚀 🚀 Apply if you can turn content into SALES, not just views.
