DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and coach a team of process engineers for Topside modules for FPSO projects Participate in design review meetings with clients and vendors. Hand-on for Hysys and Flarenet simulation for Gas compression and Gas dehydration system Prepare and review Process Flow Diagram / Piping and Instrumentation Diagram Gas Compression and Gas Dehydration System Prepare and review Utility Flow Diagram / Piping and Instrumentation Diagram Prepare and review Heat and Material Balance report Prepare and review all process design calculation such as PSV sizing, settle down / blow down calculation, line sizing, scrubber / vessel sizing etc Prepare and review Operating, control and Safe guarding philosophy Prepare and review Cause & Effect Matrix, Alarm and Trips list, process data for instruments, valves, equipment, vessel etc Participate in Hazop / LOPA / SIL study independently, follow up on the Hazop action list to close the Hazop action list report Participate in technical bid evaluation of all equipment and instrument submitted by vendors To work in multi-discipline team in delivering Gas Compression Unit and Gas Dehydration Unit Support site activities for construction, commissioning, and start-up of gas facilities To perform other tasks as assigned by Process Section Head or Senior Principal Process Engineer. QUALIFICATION: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 8 to 10 years working experience in basic design, FEED and detailed engineering of Gas compression and Gas Dehydration system for onshore or offshore facilities. Have direct hands-on experience in complete process design of FPSO Topsides Modules & Wellhead Platform Have working experience in EPC environment Preparing technical bidding proposal, have done work in the interface design with reciprocating (motor /gas engine driven), centrifugal gas compression package, gas turbine power generation module. Experience and proficiency in ASPEN HYSYS, Flarenet, PIPENE
