Job Requirements: Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 5 passes Experience in Customer Service, Visitor Management or Office Administration Fluent in English and at least one Mother Tongue language Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Job Responsibilities: Manage visitor bookings and appointment schedules Handle enquiries via phone and email Coordinate tour schedules and liaise with Tour Guides Register visitors and maintain visitor records Escort visitors and provide on-site assistance Prepare weekly/monthly reports and visitor statistics Support daily operations and ensure smooth visitor experiences
