The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple functions and regions as BJAK continues to scale globally. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple hiring priorities, and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes. You will have exposure to a wide range of functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, and other business-critical teams. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities. Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs. Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies. Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
