Location: US Remote (Eastern/Central Preferred) Reports to: Team Lead, Strategic Deployments About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and client-focused Implementation Consultant to join our growing Customer Success team at AlphaSense . This role will manage the onboarding and rollout of our solutions for both new and existing enterprise clients, serving as the bridge between the pre-sale discussions and the onboarding experience for accounts. This role is foundational to our clients’ success and will be focused on executing large deployments, building processes that have scale in mind, and translating client needs into actionable implementation plans.
