Our client is a well-established MNC specializing in industrial safety and engineered solutions for hazardous environments. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Business Development Manager (EHT) to join their commercial team. They are located in the (Central West) – easily accessible. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day sales activities to ensure smooth project execution, timely deliveries, and compliance with customer specifications Review and evaluate RFQs, tenders, and project requirements to prepare commercial and technical proposals Conduct technical discussions and clarification meetings with customers regarding project scope and solution requirements Coordinate with regional sales teams, factories, and customers to support project execution and delivery timelines Handle quotation preparation, pricing strategy, order management, and contract follow-up activities Develop and expand business opportunities within industrial sectors including oil & gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, marine, and power industries Maintain and grow relationships with EPC contractors, system integrators, and end users across Singapore and Southeast Asia Monitor project progress, sales pipeline, and account receivables to support business objectives Achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets through strategic account management Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and periodic business reports Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience Experience in Electrical Heat Tracing (EHT), hazardous area products, process industries, EPC projects, or SEA industrial markets is advantageous Familiar with RFQs, tender submissions, proposal preparation, and technical drawing/specification review Knowledge of IECEx / ATEX standards, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and regional travel readiness preferred Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or e
