As the Growth Media Senior Strategist you will: Strategic Leadership and Planning: Lead the development and execution of innovative and high-impact performance marketing strategies aligned with overarching business goals and objectives. Advanced Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret intricate campaign data. Derive strategic insights to optimize campaigns, enhance ROI, and drive significant performance improvements. Advanced Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Drive sophisticated audience research and segmentation initiatives. Utilize advanced targeting methodologies to refine audience strategies for personalized messaging and optimized campaign performance. Creative Direction and Testing: Spearhead collaboration with creative teams to ideate and implement high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets. Oversee A/B testing strategies to drive continuous enhancement.
