Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit continues to partner with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence. How you will make an impact: Lead the enhancement and development of the Medical Affairs digital platforms (e.g., grants, proctor, SalesForce.com, THV training portal) by obtaining input from external vendors, internal business partners and users and functioning as the system administrator for all Medical Affairs US systems (e.g. KOL tracking tool) Analyze data from Medical Affairs and sales operations databases to create reports for Medical Affairs Leadership Develop and refine key operations program metrics and dashboards (e.g., proctor/HCP attendances, number of trainings, invoices, contracts) in collaboration with BU Medical Affairs stakeholders Supplement VR (virtual reality) simulation logistics support (e.g., ensure simulation and devices are available, first point of contact for vendors) at EW events and external conferences.
