Job Description Drive new business through hunting and closing large enterprise infrastructure deals within BFSI accounts Own and grow key enterprise clients, including banking accounts like SBI Manage OEM relationships and lead consultative, solution-based selling Handle end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure and revenue delivery The Successful Applicant 15+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure / system integration sales with a strong BFSI focus Proven track record of hunting and closing large enterprise deals (₹30 Cr+ revenue responsibility) Strong network with OEMs and relationships within banking clients (preferably SBI ecosystem) Background from leading SI players like Team Computers, CMS, Hitachi Systems or similar What's on Offer Opportunity to drive high-value ₹30-40 Cr enterprise deals with leading BFSI clients in a pure hunting role Be part of a 30+ year established, highly credible system integration business with strong OEM partnerships Significant ownership, visibility, and impact in a senior individual contributor role Competitive compensation with 80% fixed + 20% performance-linked variable (bi-annual payout)
