About the role: At Camber, we build reliable, high-quality software that solves meaningful problems and powers critical workflows. As a Software Engineer, you'll contribute across our stack, take ownership of meaningful features, and grow your craft in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You'll work closely with senior engineers and product teammates to deliver impactful work from day one. What you'll do: Build and ship features end-to-end — from scoping and design through implementation, testing, and deployment. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that your teammates will love to work with. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clinician-facing teams to understand problems and deliver great solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and help raise the bar for quality across the team. Uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations.
